Double awards win for our remortgages and branch network

We are proud to have won the Remortgage Buyer’s Choice award at this year’s Moneyfacts Consumer Awards.

It’s the second year in a row we have won this award.

Michelle Monck, Head of Digital, Moneyfacts.co.uk, said: “Nationwide Building Society offered real choice and provided a consistent range of competitively priced remortgage products.

“This included popular incentive options throughout the year” she added.

Analysts at money comparison company Moneyfacts reviewed products and services across the industry to create the awards shortlists. These then went forward to a public vote to decide the winners, highly commended and commended brands.

We were also highly commended for Branch Network of the Year for offering services ‘during the most difficult year’.

We have renewed our promise to keep branches open. We will not leave any town or city that we currently serve without a branch until at least January 2023.

Our branches provide face-to-face help and advice for those who need it across the UK. Reinforcing support for branches gives confidence to members that we will not leave their town until 2023.
