Check your mortgage account details
On our Internet Bank and Banking app you can find details about your mortgage and your account history.
Log in to check:
Basic mortgage account details
Check your account number, monthly payments, repayment type, and account balance.
Get mortgage statements from previous years.
Interest rate history
Check your current interest rate, look back at how it's changed, and find out how much interest has been added over time.
Find out how much you have overpaid so far.
Access the Internet Bank or Banking app
On your mobile or tablet? Get the Banking app.
Switch deals, manage overpayments, or change term
Use our online Mortgage Manager to:
Switch to a new deal
Apply for a new mortgage deal and work out if you'll pay any Early Repayment Charges (ERC).
Change your mortgage term
Apply to extend or reduce the length of your mortgage.
Make overpayments, change your regular overpayments, or manage your preferences.
Get a property value estimate
Get an idea of what your property might be worth based on the prices in your area.
Log in to Mortgage Manager
You will need your:
- mortgage account number
- date of birth
Manage your Direct Debit
Use our online forms to set up a Direct Debit, change your bank details or choose a different payment date.
Change your mortgage repayment type
If your mortgage is interest-only, or part-interest, you can apply online to change it so that you repay the capital you've borrowed too.
You can apply online to borrow up to 90% of the value of your home. How much we could lend you depends on how you plan to spend the money.
