How to change your name, address, phone number and email address for Nationwide investments. You can contact Aegon by phone or in writing.

Aegon provides investments for Nationwide and it’s essential they have the right information for you. If your details have changed or are incorrect, you’ll need to contact them directly to update them.


If you need to update your personal details with Nationwide, you will need to do this separately.

Update your email address

You can use the Aegon Customer Dashboard to update your email address.

Update your name, address or phone number

You’ll need to contact Aegon by phone or in writing to update your name, address or phone number.

To do this, you will need to provide your old details and your new, correct details.

As proof of identity, you will also need to provide your:

  • policy or account number
  • date of birth
  • signature.


To update your details, you can call Aegon’s UK-based team.
