Misplaced your card? No need to panic, you can instantly freeze your debit card on the app so no one can use it.
If you find your card, in your jacket pocket for example, (we’ve all done it) you can un-freeze it and start using it straight away.
If it doesn’t turn up you can report it lost and order a new one simply by using the app on your phone or tablet.

We’ll refund any money taken from your account without your permission as a result of fraud through our Banking App or Internet Banking Service.
