About these terms and conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to our FlexStudent offer (which we will refer to as “the FlexStudent £100 offer”). They are separate to the terms and conditions that apply to our FlexStudent accounts.

How do I qualify for the FlexStudent £100 offer?

  1. You must meet all the requirements set out in these terms and conditions. You won’t qualify for this offer if any of the exclusions set out in clauses 5 and 6 apply to you.
  2. This offer is only valid on the first FlexStudent account you open with us within the offer period, even if we withdraw this offer and launch it again in the future.
  3. You’ll qualify for this offer if:
    • You apply for a FlexStudent account with us on or after 1 August 2022 and before this offer is withdrawn (“the offer period”);
    • Your FlexStudent account is opened; and
    • You pay in at least £500 to your FlexStudent account by 16 December 2022.

When won't I qualify - what are the exclusions?

  1. You won’t qualify for the FlexStudent £100 offer if:
    • You applied for a FlexStudent account with us before 1 August 2022 or after this offer is withdrawn;
    • You don’t go ahead with opening the FlexStudent account or your application is declined; or
    • You didn’t pay in at least £500 to your FlexStudent account by 16 December 2022.
  2. You also won’t qualify for this offer if on 31 July 2022 you already had an open FlexStudent or FlexGraduate account with us.

If I meet all the requirements in these terms and conditions, how much will I get paid?

  1. We’ll pay you £100.
  2. You must still have your FlexStudent account with us when we make the payment to you.

When will I get paid and how will the payment appear on my statement?

  1. We will make the £100 payment to your FlexStudent account within 14 calendar days of you paying in at least £500 to your FlexStudent account (which you must do by 16 December 2022).
  2. The offer payment will appear on your statement as ‘FlexStudent Offer’.

Will the FlexStudent offer be withdrawn?

  1. We may change, replace, or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. If we do this and you’ve already applied to open a FlexStudent account, you’ll still be eligible for this offer so long as you meet all of the requirements set out in these terms and conditions, and none of the exclusions apply.

The Current Account Switch Guarantee

The whole Current Account Switch Service process is backed by the Current Account Switch Guarantee. In the unlikely event that something is missed, you won’t be out of pocket. Any fees or charges will be covered. Your credit rating will be protected, too.
