We’re continuing to invest in our branches because sometimes being able to talk to someone face to face is better.
Whether it’s with the products and services we provide, the charities and causes we support or the communities we serve, everything we do is with our members’ best interests at heart.
So if you’d like to talk to one of us, come and see us today at your local branch. We’d love to see you.
Your Swindon Parade branch will be closing and joining the Regent Street branch
On Friday 6 April, 21 The Parade, Swindon branch will close and be heading over to 47/48 Regent Street, Swindon.
At Nationwide, everything we do is for our members – and that means you. Which is why we want to make our branches as modern, comfortable and easy to use as possible.
The Regent Street Branch is only a 5 minute walk from your current Parade branch, and is being refurbished to make the most of its spacious interior and offer the most up-to-date facilities and services.
What will be so great about the new branch?
Lots of things! Your new Regent Street branch will have all the facilities you’d expect, plus it will:
- Be more spacious: the informal layout will allow you to do your banking in a way that suits you best – whether it’s using the open-plan meeting rooms or having a quiet chat in one of our private pods. It will also feature a community area for you to enjoy however you like, with news about volunteering, a noticeboard for messages and colouring-in to entertain the kids.
- Give you access to the latest technology: including free Wi-Fi and access to your internet banking via iPads and PCs. You’ll also be able to take advantage of Nationwide Now – a direct high-definition video link that puts you in touch with a whole team of Nationwide consultants and personal banking managers.
- Be open for longer: your new branch will be open for longer during weekdays and also on Saturdays, giving you a little more time to get everything done that you need to.
In a nutshell, your new branch will offer you everything you have now – and more.
How do we decide whether to close a branch?
We follow the British Bankers Association Access to Banking Standard.
