Your opinion matters. So if you’re a member and would like to have your say, we’d love to hear from you. The Connect Community gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts on how the society is run, and gives us the chance to learn from you, our members.

What does it involve?

By taking part, you can:

  • get involved in discussions - with other members and with Nationwide - on how we invest in society
  • take part in surveys to help shape new products
  • recording short videos – to bring the voice of the member to life for Nationwide
  • telephone interviews –  to help us understand your personal experience
  • group online live chats – where we select a few members to chat with us in more detail
