USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

The information provided will be shared within Nationwide and with it's Verified by Visa Processor in order to administer and manage the Verified by Visa process. In addition to this we do log your IP address which is automatically recognised by our Web Server.

We will only collect information that is relevant to providing Verified by Visa.

To provide this service we need to transfer your information to the Verified by Visa processor. Only information required to perform this service will be transferred.

When you register for the Verified by Visa service you will have the option to provide an e-mail address to receive a confirmation of your registration. This will only be used to manage the Verified by Visa service and the confirmation e-mail will be sent from the Verified by Visa processor, nationwide@securesuiteemail.com. Do not reply to this e-mail as it is only used for confirming your registration. Genuine e-mails sent from this address will never ask you to provide your Personal Message or Password.

If you use standard e-mail for communication with Nationwide, information will not be protected in the same way and you should be aware that Nationwide cannot guarantee that it remains confidential whilst in transit.

All e-mail sent to Nationwide will be monitored and checked to ensure our systems operate effectively.
