Registration whilst shopping

If you're asked to register for Verified by Visa (VbV) whilst shopping online at a participating retailer you'll be presented with a screen asking you to enter your card details, date of birth and e-mail address, then click 'activate now'.

The second screen will display a pre-selected Login Name and Personal Message. You create a personal password, and click 'submit'. That's it! You can now complete your purchase.

If you've given us an e-mail address we'll e-mail you to confirm your Login Name.

We recommend you log into your Personal Account Manager to create a Personal Message of your choice. You can also change your Login Name to something you may remember more easily.
