Internet Explorer 6 Setup
If your copy of Internet Explorer is set up as below, you should be able to access our services without any difficulties.
Getting to the settings
- go to Tools > Internet Options
Advanced
In the Advanced Tab ensure that
- SSL2.0 is checked
- SSL3.0 is checked
- TLS1.0 is checked
This is how it should look:
Deleting Temporary Files
Select 'Tools' from the menu, and choose 'Internet Options.' Then:
- select the General tab
- under the 'Temporary Internet Files' section, click on 'Delete Files' to delete all temporary Internet files
- also click on 'Clear History'
- you may also click on 'Delete Cookies' if you are experiencing problems with these
Please note that clicking this option will remove all cookies currently set up on your computer.
- click on 'Settings'
- under the heading 'Check for newer versions of stored pages,' ensure that 'Every Visit to the page' is ticked
