Firefox 2 setup

If your copy of Firefox is set up as below, you should be able to access our services without any difficulties.

Note: we no longer support earlier versions of Firefox for Security reasons.

Getting to the settings

  • go to Firefox > Preferences

Content

In the Content section, ensure that

  • Load images is checked
  • Enable JavaScript is checked

Advanced

In the Advanced section, under the Security tab ensure that

  • SSL3.0 is checked
  • TLS1.0 is checked
