Firefox 2 Setup

If your copy of Firefox is set up as below, you should be able to access our services without any difficulties.

Note: We no longer support earlier versions of Firefox for Security reasons.

Getting to the settings

  • go to Tools > Options

Content

In the Content section, ensure that

  • Load images is checked
  • Enable JavaScript is checked

Advanced

In the advanced section, under the encryption tab ensure that

  • SSL3.0 is checked
  • TLS1.0 is checked
