How to use Telephone Banking

Give us a call

  • FlexAccount, FlexBasic:

and follow the instructions.

Tell us what you want to do

Select the service you want from the main menu using your telephone keypad. Please note not all transactions are available for all accounts.

Confirm your transaction

If you have more than one account, you will need to tell us which account you want to make the transaction from.

After you have finished your transaction, you can listen to the main menu again for further transactions or just end the call.

About your Telephone Banking Passnumber

  • Never tell anyone your passnumber
  • Never write your passnumber down
  • Destroy our confirmation letter once you have memorised your passnumber
  • If you find your passnumber difficult to remember, it can be changed
  • If your passnumber becomes known to someone else, contact us immediately on 0800 30 20 11.
  • If you forget your passnumber you will need to re-register online at nationwide.co.uk.
