Our pioneering Nationwide NOW service means you can chat to one of our financial consultants over a video link when they're not in your nearest branch.
Manage your money on your own device, pay in cheques, transfer money and check your balance from one of our new kiosks, all with help on hand if you need it.
We understand that life can get busy. So various branches will be open in the evenings on weekdays and longer on a Saturday. Some will even be open on Sundays for appointments and self-service.
Quick question or something a little more complicated, you'll find spaces in our branches where you can chat to us. Why queue for counter service when you don't need to?

As a Nationwide current account customer, you can get a balance and make withdrawals from the Post Office.
Our branches all have free Wi-fi so you can log on to our Banking app or Internet Banking from your own device.
