There are a number of reasons an ATM might not give you your money, for example:
The ATM may be running out of cash
Occassionally ATMs run out of cash. If the ATM you're using is low in cash it may not be able to give you your required amount. You could try asking for a smaller amount or use a different ATM.
Have you exceeded your daily withdrawal limit?
First of all you may want to view daily withdrawal limits to ensure this has not been exceeded.
Cards retained by cash machines which do not belong to Nationwide will need to be replaced. Please call us to arrange a new card.
If you have tried the above and the ATM still doesn't give you your money, please either contact us or visit us in branch.
