If you have a card reader

  • Forgotten customer number - If you have a card reader and a current account Visa debit card, you can look up your customer number quickly and easily using our customer number look up tool.
  • Forgotten memorable data / passnumber - If you have forgotten your memorable data or passnumber, you can log in using your card reader and reset your details.
  • Entered your passnumber incorrectly - If your passnumber is entered incorrectly 3 times you will be locked out from using your passnumber and memorable data to log in. You can still log in using your card and card reader

If you do not have a card reader

  • Forgotten customer numbers - We can remind you of your customer number, please call us.
  • Forgotten memorable data - If you have forgotten one piece of your memorable data, you can use any of the two remaining pieces of data. If you have forgotten all of your memorable data, you will need to re-register.
  • Entered your passnumber incorrectly - If your passnumber is entered incorrectly 3 times you will be locked out from using your passnumber and memorable data to log in and will need to 
    re-register.
