If you've got a card reader?

  • Forgotten customer number - Find your customer number quickly and easily using our customer number look up tool.
  • Forgotten memorable data / passnumber - If you have forgotten your memorable data or passnumber, you can log in using your card reader and reset your details.
  • Entered your passnumber incorrectly - If your passnumber is entered incorrectly three times your Internet Banking access will be locked and you'll need to re-register. For security reasons, we cannot access your existing passnumber. You will receive a reminder of your customer number and a new passnumber in the post within seven working days. Please do not attempt to log in until you have received your new log in details, even if you recall your old details, as as these details will no longer be valid.
