If your card has been held by a Nationwide cash machine, please report it to the branch staff as soon as possible. If we have been unable to release your card we will need to order you a new one. If the branch is closed, you can call our 24 hour call centre on 0800 30 20 11.

If your card has been held by a cash machine which doesn't belong to Nationwide, it will need to be replaced. Please call our 24 hour call centre on 0800 30 20 11 to arrange a new card.
