Simply Rewards brings you great cashback offers based on your spending habits.
Here's how it works:
Simply Rewards is brought to you by Visa Europe in partnership with Nationwide in the UK.
The terms and conditions can be found on the Simply Rewards website. Simply Rewards is brought to you by Visa Europe in partnership with Nationwide in the UK.
You can register on the Simply Rewards website. Simply enter your email address and we’ll send you an activation email. Click on the link in the email and enter your Nationwide Visa debit or credit card number, postcode and registration details, and you’ll be ready to go. You’ll then be able to start receiving relevant cashback offers.
Please note: If you registered for Simply Rewards between 8 October 2015 and 19 October 2015, your previous login credentials are still valid.
You can find out about offers in two different ways:
Most cashback offers are activated automatically when they’re sent to you by email or displayed when you log in to the Simply Rewards website. You can then use them straight away by making a qualifying purchase.
For some of the cashback offers, you’ll have to activate them manually on the Simply Rewards website. It’s easy to do – simply click on the ‘Start Activation’ button next to the offer and complete your purchase using the link provided.
To redeem an offer, simply pay with the Nationwide Visa debit or credit card you registered with, but first check you understand and meet the terms of the offer (e.g. offer validity dates, minimum purchase amount, etc.).
You can check your redeemed Visa cashback offers in three ways:
Normally, each offer can only be redeemed once. Please check the terms of each offer to find out how many times it can be redeemed.
Yes, in the 'Redemption History' page you'll be able to see a full history of your redeemed offers and cashback paid.
The cashback offers from Simply Rewards are matched to your own shopping preferences and purchase history, so you get offers that are relevant to you. This means the offers you get may vary from the ones your friends or family receive.
Your cashback will be credited directly to your registered Nationwide Visa debit or credit card.
Your cashback will normally be paid into your account within five working days
No, to receive the cashback for an offer you must use the Nationwide Visa debit or credit card you registered with.
Simply Rewards is linked to your Nationwide Visa debit or credit card, not the retailer's checkout system. That means there won’t be a confirmation about your offer or your cashback on your receipt. Instead, you'll receive an email confirmation regarding your cashback, which you should get within five working days.
Please note: Retail staff may not know about the Simply Rewards offers.
First, double check that your purchase met the terms of the offer provided in the offer details, for instance:
If your purchase met all the terms, visit the 'Contact Us' page on the Simply Rewards website to report a missed transaction to Visa's customer service team.

Please log in to the Simply Rewards website and go to 'Account Management' under the 'Settings' tab.
Please call us immediately if you have lost your card or if it has been stolen. We'll then send you a new card. If your new card has the same number as your old one you don’t need to do anything; just continue using your Simply Rewards account. If your new card has a new number, you'll have to close your Simply Rewards account (go to ‘Contact’ page and select option ‘Deactivate Account’ from the list of issue types). You'll then have to create a new Simply Rewards account and register your new card by following the normal registration process.
If your card has expired and the new card has the same number, you don’t need to do anything; just continue using your Simply Rewards account. If your card has expired and the new card has a new number, you'll have to close your Simply Rewards account (go to ‘Contact’ page and select option ‘Deactivate Account’ from the list of issue types). You can't replace your registered Nationwide Visa card with another Visa card issued by a different bank or card issuer. If you want to change your card, you'll have to close your Simply Rewards account (go to ‘Contact’ page and select option ‘Deactivate Account’ from the list of issue types), create a new account and register your new card by following the normal registration process.
You can unsubscribe from weekly update and offer redemption emails via the Simply Rewards website by going to 'Settings'. Alternatively, you can use the 'Unsubscribe' link in any email you receive.
Please note that unsubscribing from Simply Rewards emails will have no effect on your marketing preferences with Nationwide.

Information on how you choose to use Simply Rewards is securely stored by Visa Europe technology platforms in the EU. Any information related to the regular use of your Nationwide Visa debit or credit card is stored securely.
When you redeem an offer with a retailer, the retailer will have access to your information in the normal course of processing a payment. This is because when you redeem an offer and make a transaction with a retailer you may be required to provide some information directly to them in order for your purchase to be processed.
Also, in order to credit the cashback to your registered Nationwide Visa debit or credit card, Visa confirm with retailers that you met the terms of your offer in the purchase. For that, Visa send retailers limited selected information about such purchases.
