  • You can cancel or change a payment up to 10pm on the working day before it's due. Find out how to cancel or make a change to your payment online.   
  • As long as you confirm your instructions before 10pm on the working day before you want the payment to be sent, you can set up a new payment to leave your account the next day. If your payment instruction is received after 10pm the payment will be sent on the next working day.
