Once you've confirmed your payment on the Internet Bank, you won't be able to change the amount, or cancel the payment.

  • You can cancel or change a payment up to 10pm on the working day before it's due. Find out how to cancel or make a change to your payment online.   
  • As long as you confirm your instructions before 10pm, you can set up a new payment to leave your account the next day. Payments confirmed after this time will take an additional working day to be made. You can do this online, on your Banking app, or in branch.

  • set up a payment for the next day up to 8:30pm. Payments after this are made the next working day. You can do this online, on your Banking app or in branch.
