Coming to the end of your mortgage term (natural redemption)

If your mortgage is coming to the end of its natural term, you don't need to do anything. After your final mortgage payment, we'll then close your account and send you any title deeds, if applicable.

Paying off your mortgage before your term ends

You can redeem (or completely pay off) your mortgage before the end of your term, however, you might need to pay an Early Repayment Charge. Please check our Tariff of Charges to find out more.
