Customers with existing investments purchased without personalised advice
If you purchased an investment on a self-directed basis without receiving personalised advice before 31 December 2012 you can monitor your investment and make changes using the Investor Portfolio Service (IPS).
Please note, the services listed below are currently unavailable via IPS. Please contact the Investor Portfolio Service Team on 0345 272 00 89*.
If you require advice on making changes to your investment you can request an appointment with a Nationwide Financial Planning Manager who will be able to discuss your options.
