What the policies cover
FlexPlus includes Identity Theft Assistance and Worldwide Emergency Card Assistance. To make the most of card assistance, remember to call and register your cards with us.

As soon as your FlexPlus account is opened. If you’re switching from another Nationwide current account, you’re covered as soon as you’ve completed the application.
We can cancel all your debit and credit cards, not just the Nationwide ones. Make sure you register them with us – call 0800 11 88 55.
