Card

Your card and PIN arrive about 7 working days after you open your account, and for security reasons are delivered in separate letters. It could take longer if we’ve told you we need more details before we can approve your application.

You can change your PIN after you've used your card for the first time.

Contact us immediately if you haven’t received your card after 7 working days.

Internet Bank and Telephone Banking

Your log in details and card reader, which arrive by post, are the same for the Internet Bank and Telephone Banking. You can change your log in details to something you remember.

Banking App

Once you have your Internet Bank log in, download our Banking app. You can easily manage your money and check your balance.
