If your current account no longer meets your needs you can either close it or switch to another one of our products. We have a range of accounts available to meet a variety of needs.
You can’t close an account over the phone or if you’re overdrawn. If any charges are due on your account, then we’ll close it the day after the charges are paid.
If you're closing an account that's linked to an online only savings account, you'll need to close that account first - see below for how to do this.
