You can change your paperless settings by logging in to the Internet Bank, or by using our Banking app.

Internet Bank

  1. Choose Manage (at the top of the page)
  2. Choose My statement settings
  3. Choose the statement you'd like to change to Online statements, or select Stop all paper statements

Banking app
Once logged in to the Banking app you can update your settings in the quick menu in the top right hand corner, or by selecting the More button at the bottom of the screen, and then choosing Paperless Settings.

View statements

Once you've registered for paperless statements you’ll receive an email telling you when your latest statement is available to view. The email will also let you know if you've incurred any charges on your account in the last month. Make sure we have your correct email address.

You can view the last 15 months of transactions using the Internet Bank or Banking app. You’ll need to log in to the Internet Bank to view your full statement and see the details of any charges incurred.

Paper copies

To print a statement, log in to the Internet Bank and select Manage Statements in the drop-down next to your account name. You can then select a statement PDF at the top left of your statement page. After opening the selected PDF, select Print or click the printer icon to print a paper copy.

Change back to paper statements

You can switch back to paper statements at any time. 

Internet Bank
Log in and go to My Statement Settings and select Paper Statements.

Banking app
Log in and go to Details and Settings and select Paperless Settings and then reactivate paper statements for the account you wish to update.
