If you would like to stop receiving paper statements or go back to receiving your statements by post, please log in to the Internet Bank and:
- Select Manage - tab located at the top of the page
- Find My site settings
- Select the link View or change my site settings
- Select 'Stop all paper statements' or 'change'
- Continue to follow the on screen instructions
If you register for paperless statements you will receive an email telling you when your latest statement is available to view on the Internet Bank. The email will also let you know if you've incurred any charges on your account in the last month.
You will need to log in to the Internet Bank and check your online statement in order to view the details of any charges incurred.
