You can change your paperless settings by logging in to the Internet Bank, or by using our Banking app.
- Choose 'manage' (at the top of the page)
- Choose 'my statement settings'
- Choose the statement you'd like to change to 'online statements', or select 'stop all paper statements'
Once logged in to the Banking app you can update your settings in the quick menu in the top right hand corner, or by selecting the 'more' button at the bottom of the screen, and then choosing 'paperless settings'.
