To request a copy of a cheque, please log in to the Internet Bank and:

  1. Select View accounts - tab located at the top of the page
  2. Select your account link
  3. Select Other account services - from the menu on the left side of the page
  4. Find Account services - view icon image
  5. Select the link Request a copy of a cheque
  6. Continue to follow the on screen instructions

Please allow 20 working days for the copy of your cheque(s) to arrive, which will be sent to your registered address.

If you don't bank online

If you don't bank online you can visit us in branch to request a copy of a cheque.
