Your contact details are your address, phone number, email and marketing preferences. How you change them depends on the type of product you have, and whether you have access to the Internet Bank. If you don’t have online banking, you can download our change of address form and post it to us, or drop it into your local branch. Or you can call Customer Services and speak to an adviser.

Change your contact details using the Internet Bank

Don’t have access to the Internet bank? It only takes a few minutes to register for Internet Banking, and once you’re registered you can use our Mobile Banking app too.

  1. Log in to the Internet Bank (This link will open in a new window) (you'll need your card reader)
  2. Select the Manage my details & settings tab at the top of the page
  3. Select View or change my personal details
  4. In 'My address and phone numbers', select View and change
  5. Choose which of your details you need to update and select Change
  6. Update your details and select Update to submit your changes

To change your address or phone number on your MySave account, you'll need to:


  1. Log into MySave
  2. Select Change Details from left hand menu
  3. Select the Change of address details form
  4. Print and fill in the form, ensuring it's signed by all account holders, and send it to:

You'll need to contact your policy provider(s) directly in order to change your details - please use the relevant contact details provided on Changing your details held for insurance and investment products.

For investment products

Investments through Nationwide are provided by Legal & General – please use the relevant contact details provided on Changing your details held for insurance and investment products.

For a change of business, club, charity or society details

You can update details held for a business, club, charity or society by visiting your local branch

We'll need to see one of the following supporting documents. These need to be originals – photocopies or certified copies cannot be accepted:


  • Clubs and societies: club/society constitution and/or rules, or letterhead confirming club/society name, or letter confirming purpose of club/society. 
  • Registered charities: Official document from the Charity Commission quoting the registered charity number. If the charity is a limited company,  a Certificate of Incorporation is also required. 
  • Business: Confirmation documentation provided by Companies House.
