All accounts (except MySave)

To check or change your address and phone number, please log in to the Online Bank and:

  1. Select Manage - tab located at the top of the page
  2. Find My personal information
  3. Select View or change my personal details
  4. Find My address and phone numbers - you may need your card reader at this stage*
  5. Select the change link
  6. Update your details

*If you don't have a card reader - select the link 'special requirements - change of address form'. Please print and complete the form before either returning it to a branch or posting it to the address shown on the printed form.

MySave Online

To change your personal details log in to MySave and:

  1. Select Change details - from the menu on the left side of the page
  2. Select the Change of address details form
  3. Print and complete the form - please ensure the form is signed by all account holders

Once we have received your request we will update your details and send you confirmation in the post.

If you don't bank online

Please visit a branch to change your address/phone number and take proof of identification with you.
