To check or change your address and phone number, please log in to the Online Bank and:
- Select Manage - tab located at the top of the page
- Find My personal information
- Select View or change my personal details
- Find My address and phone numbers - you may need your card reader at this stage*
- Select the change link
- Update your details
*If you don't have a card reader - select the link 'special requirements - change of address form'. Please print and complete the form before either returning it to a branch or posting it to the address shown on the printed form.
