Please tell us about a claim as soon as you can. We expect you to tell us about any claim as soon as possible and within 30 days of discovery of the loss, theft, breakdown or damage.

What is the excess?

  • For Apple handsets, it’s £50 for damage and breakdown claims, or £100 for loss and theft claims
  • For non-Apple handsets, it’s £25 for damage and breakdown claims, or £50 for loss and theft claims.

What is the claims process?

  • Please let us know within 30 days of the incident
  • We’ll tell you what information we need - phone make and model, proof of ownership confirming the phone's IMEI number, and a debit or credit card for your excess payment
  • You’ll need to pay the excess
  • If your claim is successful we’ll either repair your mobile or send you a replacement.
