New log in experience

The way you log in to our Internet Bank has changed for the better. The information you need to log in hasn’t changed, we’ve simply made a few improvements to get you online quicker, make life easier and make sure log in works better on tablets and mobiles.

No more two-screen log in means you get to your online banking quicker.

Passnumber entry made easy

We now ask you for digits from your passnumber in sequential order – making life simpler for you.

Choose how you log in

Use your memorable data or card reader to log in, and we remember your choice for next time. If you change your mind, you can easily switch this at any time.

What you need to know

If you prefer not to use your card reader, we will only ask you for your passnumber digits once you’ve entered your customer number and memorable data. We’ll then show you which passnumber digits are needed above the three drop-down boxes.
