If you're registered for our Internet Bank you can let us know when you're going abroad and reduce the possibility of your cards being restricted while you're away.
As part of our commitment to prevent fraud we may place a block on your card if we spot anything unusual. To remove the block or confirm fraud, we'll use our automated service to contact you. So before you travel, please make sure your contact details are up to date.
Do you have a FlexAccount? If you're eligible for our free FlexAccount travel insurance, your cover starts as soon as you have your certificate.
If you've got our free FlexAccount insurance, don't forget to take your confirmation letter away with you. Cover starts when you've completed the eligibility declaration and have received your certificate.*

You don't need to take anything with you, and your insurance is valid as soon as the account is open. (There are no certificates for FlexPlus cover).
