We've put together a checklist to help you find out what you can do before you go away and what could be helpful to take with you.
Make a list of our emergency numbers so you can contact us if you have trouble using your card abroad or your card is lost or stolen.

If you have our free European travel insurance, don't forget to take your confirmation letter away with you.

Using Internet Banking while you're away? Take your card reader with you to authorise your requests.
To check or change your address and phone number:
1. Log in to the Internet Bank
2. Select 'Manage'
3. Find My personal information
4. Select 'View or change my personal details'
5. Find 'My address and phone numbers' *
6. Select the change link
7. Update your details
* You may need your card reader to authorise your request. If you don't have one, select 'special requirements - change of address form'.
