Power of attorney

Power of attorney gives you the authority to act on another person's behalf and manage some of their legal or financial matters. We can help with the basics.

Specialist Support Team

Our team have received specialist training to provide a confidential service for customers affected by illness or an unexpected change in their personal circumstances.

Third party mandate

If an account holder needs help to manage their passbook savings account, a third party mandate can be set up to allow another person to gain limited access.

Court of protection order

If a friend or relative has lost the capacity to make financial decisions, you can register to represent them using a court of protection order.
