- click Tools, then Internet Options
- go to the Privacy tab
- select any setting except 'block all cookies' (Recommend Medium High)
- click apply and OK
If you use custom settings on Internet Explorer, make sure the ‘always allow session cookies’ box is checked within the Advanced Privacy Settings.

- click Tools, then Options
- select the Privacy section
- tick 'accept cookies from sites' box
- choose the "keep until" option that you wish
- click OK
- click Tools, then Options
- select Site Controls
- ensure you are on the "Site List" tab
- tick the 'allow cookies' option
- then select the Privacy option from the left hand menu
- within this page scroll to cookies and expand the section. Use the drop down to set your preference
- click OK
- select Tools, then Preferences
- select the Advanced tab
- from the left hand menu select Cookies
- select the 'accept cookies' option
- go to Safari option on the toolbar
- select the Preferences option
- click the Security tab
- choose either the Always or Only from sites you navigate to option
- go to Firefox option on the toolbar
- select the preferences option
- click the Privacy tab
- tick 'accept cookies from sites'
- choose the 'Keep until' option that you require
