Order a new Card Reader
Do you need a Card Reader?
If you don't have a FlexAccount Visa debit card account or you're not registered for our Internet Banking service, you do not need a Card Reader and the option to order a Card Reader will not be available.
To order a new Card Reader online
If you haven't received a Card Reader, you've lost or had your Card Reader stolen or your Card Reader is broken * you can order a new one online, to do this:
- sign on to the Internet Bank
- choose 'Other Services' from the menu on the left hand side of the screen
- under the heading 'Miscellaneous', choose order a new Card Reader, and
- follow the on screen instructions.
Your request will be confirmed and your Card Reader will be sent to your registered address within 5 working days.
I can't see an option to order a Card Reader
The option to order a Card Reader will only show on your internet banking page if you are ordering a Card Reader from a FlexAccount Visa debit card account. If you don't have a FlexAccount Visa debit card account, you do not need a Card Reader and the option to order a Card Reader will not be available.
* Your Card Reader is broken if:
- the card doesn't work in an ATM or CHIP and PIN machine in a shop, or
- displays a blank screen
