How to apply

Before you begin your online application please read the MySave Online Plus terms & conditions, Declaration & Use of my information, the rates & account details and note the following:

  • You must be 16 or over to apply for this account
  • This account is operated via the Nationwide MySave Online Savings site only, Nationwide branches cannot administer it for you
  • This account has a £1,000 minimum opening balance

Once you have completed your application we'll send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your application and if additional identification is required. Once your account is open we will send you a letter to confirm your account number and log on details. When you have received these details you can view your account via the Nationwide MySave Online Savings Site.

Ready to Apply?

What you'll need to complete your application online:

  • UK bank or building society account details
    You can nominate any UK bank or building society that accepts payments by direct debit.
  • UK passport and/or driving licence
    This is optional but if you choose not to provide this information online we may request that you send further identification by post before your account can be opened.
  • National Insurance Number
    You'll only need to provide this if you would like to register for gross interest.

This will take you to the MySave Online Plus application form

What you'll need to complete your application online:

  • Your existing MySave account number
    You can find this by logging into your account using the MySave Online Savings Site.
  • National Insurance Number
    You'll only need to provide this if you would like to register for gross interest.
