- How can I pay money into my savings account?

By cash/cheque or transfer from another Nationwide account at any Nationwide branch.
By bank credit/automated payment.
On the Internet Bank or Telephone Banking.
- How do I withdraw money from my savings account?

You can:
- withdraw up to £300 a day at any Nationwide or LINK cash machine
- find out more about the cash withdrawal limits that apply in Nationwide branches by visiting; nationwide.co.uk/card_withdrawals or ask in branch
- withdraw up to £500,000 in the form of a cheque at any Nationwide branch (please note that if you withdraw less than £1,000 in the form of a cheque where you are not the payee you will be charged a fee of £10 per cheque)
- transfer money out online or via Telephone Banking to another Nationwide card account
- How do I keep track of my savings?

Paper statements are issued annually on the anniversary of the account. Statements will be issued at least quarterly if a cash machine transaction has been carried out in the previous three months. Mini statements are also available at Nationwide cash machines or through Telephone Banking or full statements can be requested. Full statements are also available on the Internet Bank.
- Can I check my account and transfer money online?

- view your balance by signing on to Nationwide's

- make instant transfers to other Nationwide accounts
- receive instant transfers from other Nationwide card-based accounts
- When is my interest paid?

Interest is calculated daily and credited to the CashBuilder Card account on 31 December. Alternatively, interest can be paid into another Nationwide savings account (apart from Regular Savings) or your current account.
- How do I close my CashBuilder Card account?

CashBuilder Card accounts can be closed at any branch. Identification in the form of a passport, birth certificate or drivers licence (paper version or card with green paper counterpart) will be required.
- I'm entitled to receive gross interest – but how do I arrange this?
