Key Facts Illustration (KFI)
Fill in some basic details about the mortgage that you are interested in using our 'Mortgage Illustrator'. The illustrator will produce a KFI which outlines the key features of the mortgage in a format that allows easy comparison with other mortgages. Your illustration will only be valid today and you will need a valid KFI to continue to our One Minute Mortgage Promise.
One Minute Mortgage Promise
Once you have your KFI you can progress to a secure area of our online bank and enter some personal details that will allow us to give you a lending decision in principle within one minute.
Before starting
you will need:
Your employment details
Your bank account details
Your current mortgage details (if applicable)
Details about the property to be mortgaged, if you know them
Complete your application
Once we have given you a lending decision we will automatically send you a pack containing a short final stage form and a freepost envelope with which to supply important documents such as proof of income.
Our One Minute Mortgage Promise is based on the time it takes for us to give you a decision in principle once you have provided your details to us. This service is usually available between Mon-Sat: 0600-2300 and Sun: 0600-1800.
