If your Fixed Term ISA is maturing within the next 3 weeks you can use our online form to tell us what you would like to do.

You can submit your instructions online if you would like to either: Alternatively:
  • Reinvest the total funds in a new ISA.
  • Reinvest the total funds in a new ISA and add some additional funds from an existing Nationwide account held in your name.
  • Reinvest some of the funds in a new ISA and transfer the rest to an existing Nationwide ISA held in your name.
  • Close the ISA and transfer total funds to an existing Nationwide account held in your name.
To add funds by cheque complete the form in your pack, attach the cheque and hand in at a branch or post back to us.

What you will need to complete your maturity instructions online


  1. The account number and maturity date of your ISA. You’ll find these on the maturity form we recently sent you or alternatively on your certificate.
  2. Your National Insurance number.
  3. If you’d like to add or transfer funds you’ll need the sort code and account number of the Nationwide account you’d like to add or transfer the money from / to.
