Our rate and APR figure was correct on 25th September 2013. The savings above are for illustrative purposes, and are based on a loan of £165,000 being taken on a repayment basis over a 18 year term with a 30% deposit. Non-refundable booking fee of £99 paid upfront and £900 product fee added to the loan2. An early repayment charge of 3% is applicable for the first 2 years.

The SVRs used in the above table are based on the highest SVR and an average SVR from a selection of 10 high street banks and building societies.

When looking at mortgage options, remember there is more to a mortgage than the cost of monthly payments. You should also consider any mortgage features that are important to you and check whether any charges will apply if you decide to switch to a different mortgage. If you switch from an SVR with your current mortgage provider you will not be able to switch back to it.
