Councils and Organisations

If you are:

• a local authority, advice agency, registered social landlord, or other organisation taking part in the various government initiatives supporting mortgagors

• a local authority which has its own homelessness prevention scheme

Nationwide mortgage borrowers

If you are a Nationwide mortgage customer, and think you might want to take part in one of these initiatives, you should ask your local council, citizens advice bureau, or other money advice centre for information. If you have a shared ownership property, speak first to the other shared owner, (your Housing Association or Council.)
