We're open to take your calls Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Our Credit card team is available from 8.00 am until 9pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays, from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. Each team specialises in one product (FlexAccount, Credit Card, Mortgage and Personal Loan). Please have your account number available, and be ready to confirm your identity by answering questions about yourself and your account which we can verify against our records.
