Existing customers borrowing more

Need a top-up on your mortgage?

If you're already a Nationwide mortgage customer and want to borrow more, you could borrow up to 85% of the value of your home (including your current mortgage). You could apply for additional borrowing just 6 months after your main loan has completed, for any reason except capital raising for business purposes.

Here you will find some links to useful tools and information to help you choose the right mortgage for you.
