Debt advice and counselling – we can help you with any money owed to us but not with debts to other lenders or utility companies. If you owe money to more than one company you should speak to a debt adviser, as they offer independent advice and can deal impartially with all the organisations you owe money to. We will work with any debt counselling organisation. The ones listed all offer free independent advice.
Employment – help with redundancy, short time working, and looking for employment.
Family matters – help with difficult family circumstances such as separation or bereavement.
