Payments & Transfers - View Cancelled/Expired Payments

Once a direct debit/standing order/regular transfer has been cancelled, it may still appear in the list of direct debits/standing orders/regular transfers. It will be removed to the Cancelled/Expired Payments section once we have updated our system (usually overnight).

Cancelled bill payments/internal transfers will be removed to the Cancelled/Expired Payments section immediately.

Expired Payments

Once a standing order or regular transfer has passed it's final payment date, it will be removed to the cancelled/expired payments section.

If no end date has been selected, the arrangements will remain on your list.

Cancelled Payments will be removed permanently from your records approximately every two years.
