3 easy steps to register for online banking...

  1. Tell us your name, date of birth, postcode and your Nationwide card or account number
  2. Your log in details will arrive in the post within 3 - 5 days
  3. Enter your details and start banking online.

What to consider before you register

  • Your computer set up: Make sure your computer meets our minimum set-up standards by running an instant assessment of the computer and browser you’re currently using.
  • Which accounts you want to manage online: You can view all of your Nationwide accounts except the following: business accounts, commercial mortgages, discontinued personal accounts, personal loans, investment and protection products, insurance products.
  • Joint account registration: If you have a joint account with someone you’ll need to register separately to view both your joint and sole accounts, and activate individual e-products.
