Microsoft Money 2002-2004

If you are having problems in downloading transactions into Microsoft Money, please carry out the following steps:

  1. from the Money homepage, select 'Accounts List' from the top of the page
  2. select 'Get online statements' from the menu on the left hand side of the page
  3. then select 'Set up online services' from the menu on the left hand side of the page
  4. click on 'Modify Services' under the 'To Do' heading in the main part of the screen
  5. in the 'Online Services Manager' section, select 'Yes, I want to download new accounts and updated account information'. Then click 'Next'
  6. in the first field, you need to enter your ten digit Customer Number. If the number you have is not ten digits, please prefix this number with zeros
  7. in the second field, you need to enter any one piece of your memorable data followed immediately by your six digit Passnumber. Then click 'Next'
  8. if you wish for your memorable data and passnumber details to be remembered for future connections, ensure the tick box under the sign on details is selected. Click 'Next'. Click 'OK' to the confirmation window. If you are not connected to the Internet already, you will be prompted to do so now. You will be asked to confirm that all the account details are correct. Click 'Next' once more, then done
  9. your account details should now be set up
