Microsoft Money 2005

If you are having problems in downloading transactions into Microsoft Money, please carry out the following steps:

  1. from the Money homepage, select Tools from the top of the page and choose Settings
  2. select 'Account settings'
  3. select one of the accounts from the drop-down box under the section 'Change Individual Account Settings', and choose Go
  4. at the foot of the page, under 'Online Services', choose the 'Change FI password' link
  5. if you wish to change the Customer Number, enter the new details in the 'User ID' field. If you wish to change the Memorable Data or Password details, enter the new details in the 'Password' field. Click on 'Save Changes'
  6. click on Done on the account you have selected and then choose Save to return to the Microsoft Money settings
  7. your sign on details will now be amended and should be used when next connecting to Microsoft Money
