Access Money 2002

1. Under the heading 'Accounts & Bills', click on the 'Account List' option.

2. Select 'Get online statements' from the menu on the left hand side of the page.

3. Select 'Set up online services'.

4. Click on 'Modify Services' under the 'To Do' heading in the main part of the screen.

5. In the 'Online Services Manager' section, select 'Yes, I want to download new accounts and updated account information'. Then click 'Next'.

6. In the first field, you need to enter your ten digit Customer Number. If the number you have is not ten digits, please prefix this number with zeros.

7. In the second field, you need to enter any one piece of your memorable data followed immediately by your six digit Passnumber. Then click 'Next'.

8. If you are not connected to the Internet already, you will be prompted to do so now. You will be asked to confirm that all the accessible account details are correct. Click 'Next' once more.
