• Signing on - You will learn how to sign on to Nationwide Internet Banking.
• View your Flex Account - You will learn how to view your Nationwide FlexAccount statement. You will also learn how to sort the view by transaction type and date.
• Apply for e-Savings - You will learn how to apply for e-Savings using the Activate e-Savings option.
• Apply for an e-Bond - You will learn how to apply for an e-Bond using the Activate e-Bond option.
• Apply for an Overdraft - You will learn how to apply for an overdraft within the agreed limit on your account.
• Set up a regular arrangement - You will learn how to set up a regular arrangement to a non-NBS account.
• Set up a single arrangement - You will learn how to set up a single arrangement to an organisation, and also how to pay it.
• Reinstate an arrangement - You will learn how to reinstate a cancelled regular arrangement, and also how to change the amount for future payments.
• View your Credit card - You will learn how to view your Credit Card statement, including the statement summary, and previous and recent transactions.
• Transfer your Credit Card balance - You will learn how to transfer another credit card balance to your Nationwide Credit Card account.
• View payments due - You will learn how to view the payments that are due to be debited from your FlexAccount, including how to sort the view by month and year. You will also learn how to skip or cancel payments, and how to change a single payment.
• Pay a Bill - You will learn how to pay a credit card bill online.
• Using Quick Transfer - You will learn how to quickly transfer money from your FlexAccount to your e-Savings account using the Quick Transfer facility.
• View your Mortgage - You will learn how to view your mortgage transaction details and check monthly mortgage payments.
• Additional security - how it works - You will learn how to enrol for our additional security. You may be asked to answer additional security questions when carrying out certain transactions using our Internet Banking service.
• Using the Other Services options - You will be given an overview of the Other Services options, with a more detailed look at Requesting a Section 352 certificate, Ordering a PIN reminder and Cancelling postal statements.
• How to use Card Reader Security to make a payment - You will learn how to use Card Reader Security to make a payment to someone else's account.
• Change your sign on details - You will learn how to change the memorable data you provided when you registered, and also how to change your Passnumber.
